I jumped on the scales this morning down 3 more lbs.That takes me to 110 lbs lost in less then a year.It will be one year the end of April.I'm finding the weight loss has slowed dramatically.I work out 5 days a week cardio everyday weight lifting alternate days.I am actually on a beginners running program now.Every morning faithfully I get up and start my day out on the treadmill.
