Kenitra , Know that I am praying for you on your special day . We like to call it our Rebirthday .. it is the day you take charge of your life and begin fighting back at the disease called Obestity . I have lost 186 pounds , I have no more symptoms of diabetes and would do this everyday to regain all that I have . Know that we are here for you , please keep us posted on your journey .
