I live in the Bristol PA area. Just looking for someone near by to be a support and workout friend/Buddy. It's been 7.5 years since my surgery and after much Stress and Relationship woos, I have gained some unwanted weight back. I need someone or a few

I am going to start removing all unhealthy foods in house and replace them with healthy ones. I am also going to start drinking more water and get more active. Try to get to the gym at least 2-3 days a week to start off.
