I am down 110 lbs  I feel great haven't ;ost much latley but i'm sure it will start again i need to lose another 40-50lbs & i'll be where i want to be but it is nice to go into a store & buy size large for now!!

I've lost 76 lbs & had to clean out the closet again ! Everything is so big I love it!

I got on the scale & yes lost 50LBS!!!! I can't belive it I am so happy!

well  i haven't walked in a week 1st i cut my big toe and it did hurt to walk & put on shoes then I just got lazy! but i got up & out this am 2.2 miles & i feel great so i am back on track!!! can't wait to see the next 4 lbs come off then I'll be at 50!! i'll be sure to post that day!

well we are finally in our new home in the beautiful florida keys we drove 3 days to get here & ate pretty well thank god for my cooler full of string cheese, smoothies & H2O & i lost 3 lbs! have been unpacking all day so i have to get myself back out there & start walking again !

well i am 1 month out & down 30lbs feeling good am losing up top 1st so tops are fitting better can't wait till pants are too big!We are moving back to florida next week so I am busy packing it's crazy!

well i walked 2 miles yesterday then went to a huge BBQ with every type of food you could imagine & it wasn't as hard as I thought pretty proud of myself

well thursday will be 3 weeks ! Feeling good still getting pretty tired in the afternoon  I am working really hard @ getting all my protein in it is so weird not to be hungry when before I was NEVER full! I am up to 1 & 1/2 miles walking in the morning & am just using 2 pound weights on my arms for now will weigh in on friday to see if I lost any I'm hoping for 7lbs to bring me to 30!! I'm going to get a new haircut tomorrow I figure new me why not  if I like it i'll add a pic otherwise till friday!

Well I survived the 1st week & as they said each day the pain got better & now the worst part is the GAS!!! but that to will get better. I get my drain removed tomorrow & I can't wait not sure on my weight loss yet I am getting weiged tomorrow so i'll let you know but i am excited for the next step of my journey & the new ME!

well I got my date JULY 31st I am so excited & can't wait to start my new HEALTHY life! i'll keep you posted !
