Another week has started and im gratefully blessed but realized I am doing to much.  The swelling is kinda bothering me because it looks and feels weird..but im still happy with my results though.  I get to enoy my weekend coming up because im going to celebrate my 26th b-day...which is 8/29.

Drains are gone, clothes fit nice,morning walks...WOW..Im getting back to ME.  This feels so GOOD!!! Hope my journey helps someone else.  Peace, love and my prayers!!

Its day 10 and OMG...swelling is sssoooooooo real.  I had drain 1 removed yesterday and I swole up way worse than any  other day that I've been home.  I noticed stress will blow you up in a matter of 5 mins...so don't let anyone upset you or even bother you enough to get you going.  I have got to learn to let people help me but I promise I just feel like only I can get what I need to do done the right way.  I'm working on it....  I return to work in another week, so that means take it slow for 6 more days and start to get ready to go back to BAC(I actually miss work) on 8/22.  Starting to slow down on the pain meds, only want to take them once in the morning and once at night.  I'm going to see how that works for the next couple of days.  Dr. Capehart advised to come back in a week(on 8/19) to remove #2 but she said that during the week if its not putting anything out to come by and she can remove before next Friday.  Enough of my rant, hope everyone is well and in great healthy spirits.

Home from my panniculectomy which was done 8/3 and I must say im not in as much pain as i thought it would be.  I am PLEASED with my results and I havent even seen myself without any bandages.  I will shower tomorrow and remove them for the 1st time.  Im going to try to add some before pics and of course the afters as the days come.  I can truely say this CHANGE feels great and I look forward to seeing the FINAL results.  Thanks for all the kind words!!
