I just wanted to say good luck! We share surgery dates. I'm up on Monday morning at 7:30 after a 5 1/2 year journey to get WLS. May we both go through surgery with NO complications and have a speedy recovery! Allie

Monday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. Thank you Charlotte, Now I REALLY feel like spreading my wings and being the bestest angel you've never had!! Did I tell you I was going to come see you the day after your surgery? I did somewhere - I won't bother you the afternoon or evening of, becuase it's just easier to wallow by yourself and believe me you will have EARNED a good wallow. But sweety you're gonna feel so much better the next morning when they come to take you for your leak test - I swear that was THE best contrast I have ever tasted. Partially because I was so damned thirsty and would have swallowed anything at that moment but it was thick and strawberry and I got to take THREE big gulps while the guy watched it go down my gullet... it was great. I can't wait for you to begin this amazing journey with me (and our sister ginny too!), it's so amazing. Can't wait for you to catch up with me!! Love you ! Your cyber sister Pat in Clinton
