HI my name is Kim I am a mother of 3 wonderful children.I am hopfully going to have surgery this year I have been over weight my whole life I have tried every diet out there and still seem to be getting bigger.I have not worked for the past year because of weight related illness.I am hoping to get my life back so I can play with my children.
