12.10.12 - Almost a month post op and in a serious plateau. Trying to keep the faith but it's been 12 days with no change. Finding it hard to cope when my coping mechanism was always food....

1 month post and I'm stuck - I expected to hit a plateau but I've been stuck for 10 days now. Very frustrating and scared I just spent all this money and it won't work.
