even updated my file.
as most of you know, I left my husband, and I now live in Garden City, Ks. and I love it here.
I have been through a whirl-wind of experiances.
and I am happy to let you all know I am fine.
feeling tired these day's, and I guess that is normal for all I have put myself through. I am still losing the weight, seems to be slower. I really miss talking with all of you, but I am trying to get myselft back in the groove. I have babysat for my daughter, and candice came and stayed with me a couple of day's. Life is good right now.
I pray all of you are still losing, and yet building your hopes up, and much success in your weight-loss..hope you will continue to keep in touch.
Thanks to All of you, who stayed with me, during this move. I will update soon...hugs kim

woke up this morning and just for the

Breakfast------
1/4 slice of toast with 1 Tbs. shredded cheese
2 mandarin oranges.
Lunch----------
3 tsp.shredded chicken with 1 tsp. gravy
2-3 tsp. cooked rice
1-2 tsp. green beans.
Dinner----------3-4 tsp. spaghetti with meat sause.
2 tsp. shredded lettuce.
Other foods I like;
applesause-melon-yogurts-cottage cheese-peanut butter
chicken tach-1/3
baked potatoe
ricotta cheese
tomato soup
burnt toast! 1/2 slice
90 calorie snacks by quacker
crystal light
water!!!
I can increase 1 tsp. every 1-1/2 wks.
by 6 mo. I can be at 1/4 cup.
50% of my food choices are vegatables and fruit.
and I try to eat at least 2 vegetables at lunch and dinner.
i only eat until I am satisfied, not stuffed.
I eat slow - remember- meal sizes are maximums-not minimums.
I try to Experiment, but I am still not hungry.

These are Really Good Recipes To Try......
***Tuna Plate***
8 oz tub nonfat cream cheese (room temperature)
2 6 1/8 ounce water-packed tuna (drained)
2 Tbs. chili sause
2 tsp.dried fresh parsley
1 tsp onion (fresh or powder)
4 drops Tabasco Blend until smooth.
2 Tbs = 7 grams of protein Great on Crackers!!
*** Chili Relleno Casserole ***
2 cans (4 oz each) chopped green chilies
4 ounces reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
3 eggs
2 cups Skim or 1% milk
1/2 cup unbleached flour
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 11x7 baking dish with cooking spray.
line the bottom of the pan with chopped chilies.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the chilies.
Whisk the eggs, and milk, and salt and pepper into bowl until smooth.
pour in dish-Bake 45 min. or until lightly brown.
Note; New Post-Ops--Puree the chilies first.
*** Scalloped Potatoes***
1 1/2 cups. Fat-Free milk
1/3 cup Cream of Mushroom soup
4 thinly sliced potatoes
1 cup onion
Paprika
Heat oven to 375 Spray 2 Qt. casserole dish with cooking spray.
blend milk into soup base,Layer 1/3 of potatoes, onion, and soup
mixture into dish. Repeat layers two more times.sprinkle with paprika,
and cover. Bake 1 hr. Uncover and bake 15 mins. longer, or until
potatoes are done.
155 Calories per Serving. 7 grams Protein.
1 gram Fat
30 grams Carbohydrate
1 mg Cholesterol ENJOY!!

Well It's Official------seen surgeon yesterday- ******229****** Woah.........I lost 4 more lbs. Don't ask me how I have done it, because I honestly don't know. but I am guessing between the loss of a dear friend, and having to end up in the E.R. and just being really stressed is my guess. I too am having a hard time with this. beleives i can get down another 60 lbs. in the next 3 mo. but there's no stopping me now. Thank You All for All the Support, and Wonderful e-mails. I know I got through this alot easier, knowing you all were beside me.. Lesleigh, and Bill, and Gaz- you three speak for yourselves. you give so much to me, and you don't even know it. I pray you all are in good health, and all is going well. to those of you, who recently have had your surgery, and to those of you upcoming, know I truely have you in prayer, and wish you the very best of luck...I am Physically beat...so I will keep this short...I Love You All.....and Alway's Will.

Hi Everyone,
well this weekend was just awful, as alot of you know, a dear friend of our's took his life. just devestating. the funeral will be thursday. my appt. with my surgeon was that day, so of course i cancelled, and so i will be going to colo. next tues. I haven't weighed any more, and I won't until I get there. was feeling pretty good, until this happened. please keep their family in prayer. he left behind; a wife, two daughters, and a son, and two brother's. and his mother. his youngest daughter is getting married in two weeks. what a tragedy. I pray all of you are well, and doing good. I know none of us will ever quit. I appreciate all the e-mails and kind words. your all in my heart, and alway's will be...take care of yourself..
