Hello OH its been a long time I know, not a lot has been going on with me just living life and trying to maintain. Just a little bit of backrground story .. Had lap band surgery in June 2007 highest weight was 386 lost  108 pds gained 40 pounds back just recently lost 30 of that  so its been a little bit of a battle. I am now in the begining stages of a revison to the sleeve I hope everything works out smoothly so please pray for me.....
