WOW!!!! Almost 5 years gone by!!!

What can I say?!?!?! I haven't been on OH in several years, but it doesn't mean that I haven't thought about where I would be had it NOT been for OH. In just over 2 weeks, I will be 5 YEARS OUT from my surgery!!! 5 unbelievable years, filled with many ups and downs! Health wise, I am still doing fine! Only a few minor issues with ulcers, but other than that.....perfectly well! DH and I are now living in WV, after moving to PA from my last post! LOL The things we do, when we work in the industry that we are in!!!  Our daughters are growing up to be beautiful and active young ladies, and I am still maintaining my weight! I am 161 pounds, and have been there for the majority of the past 2 years. My body didn't tolerate the move to Ohio very well, and I developed a very bad ulcer that put me in intensive care for almost a week. I weighted 127# the day I finally left the hospital.....and it took me almost 6 months to completely recover from that!

We moved to Erie, PA in Feb, 2010, to work for the same company we did in Ohio.....stayed there for 2 years, then moved to Ranson West Virginia to work for another company. We have been here a little over a year, and love it!

I still have not had PS, but that is ok. I don't have the extra $$$ or time to have it done right now, so I am satisfied with how my body looks. One day.....but not in any hurry to have it done!

I looked back at my before and after pictures, and it really makes me smile! I remember those first days and weeks right out of surgery, and I knew then and there, I would be able to get my life back!!! I did!

Keep plugging along, and always remember, only YOU are then one to completely control your future and your destiny! The outcome you have is the direct result of what YOU put into it!
