highest weigh477 before surg There has been so many changes weight loss 168 pounds as of Aug10/09. surgery date Sept3/08
weight loss before surgery approx 30 pounds clothing size 6x + to 3 x approx i can walk around a few blocks I Can tie my shoes. I'm not afraid to go to the washroom. my bed feels bigger. my jewelry is falling off. I can see my neck . I don't sleep in the afternoon or all day.I can curl up with my daughter.I can fit in restaurant booths, movie chairs. plastic outside chairs.. I can do flights of stairs without feeling like I'm dieing,I can stand for 20 min vs not able for 1 min.. I can do groceries , laundry ,just shop I can cook and do dishes standing up. I can see and touch body parts I forgot I had ( toes ) and other parts I'm starting on the road to going back to work full time. maybe date in the future who knows . So if u know of a good man who is looking for a good woman ..... well lets talk. One of the best decisions I ever made. first best decision was to have my daughter. went back to school got a college diploma.
