Nov 15, 2011It's been way too long. I think I've been avoiding this site for the past year. I'm currently 225lbs, which I hate to post. I'm dedicating today to restart my journey. It's mostly because I haven't been exercising or taking my vitamins. I could try to blame it on my stressful job and the fact that I was working crazy hours for months -or- running behind my kids everyday, but I can't. It's my fault that I never made exercise a regular part of my life. Newbies, don't make my mistake. Most people cannot keep the weight off if you don't exercise regularly.
