Today Im exactly 4 months post op!!!! Nothing really has changed to drastically since 3 months post op. I lost another 11lbs since then. So Im down 81lbs. Another pound or two lost...I'll be officially overweight instead of obese. My size 16 are loose....so Im into a size 14. My hair is starting to fall out. ARGGG Guess thats just one of the side effects.
I still haven't dumped once. I drank some wine....had no problem at all.
The gym down the street finally opened, so I joined. I signed up for my first 5k for Jan 24th.
Im excited and nervous about it. Wish me luck!!!!
