Well it's Friday and my surgery is on Wednesday. I'm so excited...and a little bit nervous. But I have some great support and I know it's going to go well. I can't wait to start seeing the results.

Well I picked up my completed OHIP form from my doctor today. I will fax everything through tomorrow. Then I will be waiting.

I have received my information from Dr. L. Tormorrow, I go to see my doctor to get the OHIP forms completed. I hope to fax them by Friday. Hoping it all works out.
