So I'm still trucking along--staying within the same 3 lb range...my body really likes 156...so I guess that is my ideal weight?? I got Stephanie (DD) to start working out with me which will be fun...I get to be her "Jillian"! We are running in a 5k this Saturday (walking and running) which will be so much fun, but I'm a little nervous...I've never done this before. I'm traveling this week for work and it is so nice to not have to stress out about fitting in the airplane seats! I remember too well being embarrassed about getting a seat belt extender when flying with co-workers...thank goodness mine were always kind and understanding...and they always let me keep the arm rest in the up position so I could breathe!I'm experiencing more hunger now and I'm able to eat more--even sweets so I've got to be very careful! I can definitely understand how folks regain....this is the hard part..........MAINTENANCE!! So far the amount of exercise I do is keeping any regain at bay.
