One month Post op

Hello Everybody!  Well, today I am officially 1 month post-op!!  I started this journey at 298 and am now at 260!  38 lbs gone feels pretty good!  Since my surgery I have lost 26 pounds :)  I am feeling  good-still having some problems with figuring out what the pouch wants to eat and when it is full.  I've thrown up more than a few times in the past 2 weeks-but I guess it's just trial and error.  I start my program with a personal strength and fitness trainer on Wednesday. I am so excited about that! I told her to be mean to me like Jillian on Biggest Loser   I need someone to kick my butt into shape! LOL
