Kathy & Rich...best wishes to you both. Your web page has given me encouragement. I am considering surgery. My BMI qualifies, and I have many other health problems that would be helped with surgery. It is difficult to admit that after 57 years I just can't do it on my own. I just can't keep myself on-track with dieting in the long term. Good luck to you!
