low bp and 5k

So I went to an appointment at my husbands work for our insurance last night and my bp is 97/62? Really I feel great and have been doing so well and now bp issues man... My drs office said drink more fluids which I really need to do.  Any other advise is welcome.

On a good note I have signed up for my first 5k walk/jog Im excited to finally be doing it and not wanting to do it.  Time to do not talk right!  It's not until Sept 10th but I have a positive feeling about it.
