At my check up appointment, my lap-band surgeon was so impressed with the improvement in my keloid scar he asked to carry the product in his office. 

I've never felt better in my swim suit!

Life just feels really great right now.  Enjoying life and enjoying feeling more free and active.

Still surprised that I can continue to lose weight this far out in the journey.

What a great ride this has been!

Weight today:  130  (home scale)

This means I am 127 on my doctor's scale and have lost 98 pounds.  I am so happy about the place I am at - physically and emotionally.

Still holding pretty steady and enjoying the start of summer.

Weight today:  131

I learned that my scale at home is 3 # heavier than my doctors scale and the one at the hospital.  What does this mean?  I really weigh 128# and that my weight loss ticker has been 3# high all this time.

Had my band checked under fluoro this week and everything looks good.

Weight: 130.5

Went for a fill today.  Only 2.8, added .2 for total of 3.0.  Don't know where the saline went, but I'm happy to be back to 3.0 again.

Asked the doctor if what I was feeling was tubing and he confirmed it.

It seems that the less I worry about my weight, the easier it comes off.
