"I didn't even SEE Dr. Coates at any point of my surgery or my stay in the hospital. I think that since he had my life in his hands that maybe he could have stopped by. Oh well, I'll take surgical compentence over bedside manner any day. Other than that, when I met him for 10 minutes at my first Pre-Op appt, he seemed nice enough. Good luck!"
