I hope this post finds you doing well. I used to live in Ft. Walton Beach too (on a cul de sac between Ft. Walton Bch and Mary Esther). I hope the weather is nice so you can go to the beach and enjoy the sound of the waves rushing to shore. By this summer you will be ready for that new bathing suit. I am so happy for you on your transformation. Take care and post often so those of us still on this side can see what might be waiting for us. Congratulations!

Good luck on your coming surgery. My prayers are with you, and hoping for an uneventful surgery, and a speedy, painfree recovery. Keep your focus on healing.
