yummy goodness/gym time

I am in the middle of watching CSI with my daughter but i thought i would type a little ditty about my fabulous week of finding new food and getting my fat ass back in the gym after being absent for about 29 years.  So from the beginning I knew that protein shakes and i would never be friends...I tried to like them, but.......it was a no go.  Now that I am in the pureed/mushy on the verge of regular food I have found protein bars that are fantastic!!!!  I chew them up to slobbery slop and yummy!!!They are Atkins Advantage.  I have the the peanut and fudge today.  16 grams of protein.  It was chocolatey goodness!!!!  Of course i could only eat half, the other half i ate later in the afternoon, but that was a while after i had lunch.  For lunch a ham and cheese lunchable.....again chewed to absolute mush and spit and 19 grams of protein.  What else with food, it seemed like such a big deal when i started to type.  Well next on my list of fabulous shit....I  started the gym Monday.  Of course I can not do any weight training, but I did walk 2 miles on the treadmill.  I forgot have good you feel after wards, so Tuesday I went back for round two.  Good times!!!!  Well that is about all excitement I can stand for one night.  A little update.  I have lost 14lbs since surgery 3 weeks ago tomorrow and 26 total.  The weight loss is a littlllle slow, but I am a light weight so it will be much slower.  Hey on the bright side, maybe I will not have sooooo much loose skin.  Either way, I am going to go back to watching CSI and drinking my Lipton's Diet Decaf Lemon Tea......that was the other thing......that tea is reallllllly good.  It hits the spot when I am craving a sweet tea from McDonald's or my mama's.  Night Y'all!!  Oh and one more thing......I'm going to post more pictures tomorrow night.  My 3 week pics
