update week 10

As of today, I am down 48lbs.  I would say that is pretty awesome!!!!  The weight loss has definetly slowed down, but I'm good with that.  I have started going to the gym in the mornings which I thought I would die from, but turns out, it is not sooooo bad.  All my clothes are too big which makes getting dressed for work a challenge.  I'll take baggy clothes over tight clothes any day. 

Nothing else exciting is really going on.  I struggle daily making the right decisions about food, I am trying to get all my protein from food, and my water intake....well it needs to be better.  I have no problems eating, unless i don't chew well or eat 1 bite too much and then I am running to the toilet!!!!  Puking isn't the worst thing I guess,  given the amout of food, its over pretty quickly.  According to the BMI chart, I need to lose another 68lbs.  That is pretty rediculous.  I am trying for another 48.  I don't want to be a "skinny" chick. 

One funny thing.....i'm loosing my boobs and my nipples are looking for the ground.  I need a new bra I think.  The old ones are not holding the girls up to well.
