3 Month Appointments

So November 20th was our 3 month appointment and everything is going great. Kassi's weight was 189 and mine was 223. The only thing Dr. Walton wants us to work on is exercise more than what we have been.
I went to Old Navy friday to get some new jeans and grabed a pair of 18's and off I went to the dressing room and WAHOO they were too big. I had to get a 16 and that was such a great feeling. =) Kassi is in a 14 and some 12's

Kassi is in Onederland!!!! She weighed this morning and was at 199 and it only took her 10 weeks.

Starting to see the small things change

I'm 8 weeks post and I am starting to notice small things. I have gone down a size and those are even getting too big, I can bend down and tie my shoes without passing out, and I have more energy. I know it's only going to get better, but damn I feel good. It does get a little frustrating when you can't find a pair of jeans that fit right. Between my sister and I we have filled 3 trash bags with clothes and it's been kinda hard to see some of them go.

Down 21Lbs

My 6 week appointment was September 29th and all is going well. I'm down 21 Lbs and feeling great!

Kassi went to the Doc today and is down 30Lbs since surgery!!
