Pasta!

Hey Everyone!

Went to the store Wednesday and thought I could find some pasta to use in my spaghetti that would be low in carbs and sugar.

Not so lucky! All the pasta, including the wheat and low fat pasta was either 40g to 42g of carbs!!  But thanks to one of the OH members that gave me an idea....she said she uses french style green beans instead of pasta for her spaghetti and put the meat sauce mixture on top of that!

GREAT! I'm going to do that for now on, unless someone else have another alternative?
