Way off track

My current weight is 193 lbs. That is a 15 lb gain from my lowest. Ugh I am so disgusted with myself. I know what exactly my problem is. Its snacking out of bored um. I've been going to the gym more lately, I try to go at least 3 times  week. I did my first exercise class today. Piloxing. A combo of piloties and kick boxing. It was fun. I'm feeling it now in my body. Wow I am so white. I have rhythm and can keep time but when it comes to choreography or dancing I suck. But it was fun nonetheless.
