Surgery FRIDAY!!! -  Friday morning at about 7am I will be heading to TWH and will be preping for my surgery ar 12pm so excited r my new life to begin! Only 14hours of work left for at least 6weeks ya...

pre-op done! -  pre-op completed today I he s ar lost 5lbs in 5days on optifast! Stomach isnt/wasnt holding out so well today! I have had the trots all day long. Not sure if it was just the side ...

optifast - day 2 - Optifast. is not getting any easier, but its not getting any harder. I find my mouth tasting lke crap so  i am sure my breath is pretty stank, brushing, flossing, and mouth washing...

my first optifast! -  definitely made me want to vomit. Not at all sure how am going to make it through another 55 of them... this a sure is the hardest part! keeping my eyes on the prize!
