Okay! Here goes nothin'.
I am 22 years old and am a mother to a 10month old little man and a step mother to a little angel. I have have been obese/morbidly obese since I was just 8 years old! For as far back as I can remember graduating public school I have been OVER 225lbs.

I reached my highest weight after my pregnancy with my son of 285lbs, and have been dieting for years. I have tried atkins plenty of times, herbal magic, tried the eating healthy and exercising rediculous amounts and the least I can ever manage to get down to is 235lbs and then the scale starts to climb. I LOVE working out and feeling healthy, however when your NEVER seeing the numbers change and doing all this hard work to change them, you get discouraged VERY easily.

I have had in the past high blood pressure, and have a family history of obesity, asthma, diabetes, and high cholesterol.

I have a diploma in Corrections, however am too heavy to even think of passing any type of physical fitness to pursue my career as either a security guard for a provincialor federal institution, or even as a general security guard working for Ontario Power generations or something similar.

Luckly, I have a very supporting boyfriend, and so far a supporting family for those that know I am looking at WLS as a for sure option to get to where I want to be.

I not only want to better myself to feel better about myself but also fo my family and children aswell... I want to be able to do the things that I can't now, run, skip, go down slides, run around a beach in a swim suit not affraid of falling out all over the place and worrying about the wholy world watching my tubby giggle all over the universe!
