 Today has been a better day in that I have lost another pound and am feeling great other than the fact that I am having a hard time with food choices. it is becomming difficult to eat and I am hoping I am not making it harder on myself than it has to be. I go to my doctor tomorrow and back to work on Monday! I want to ask him about lettuce and salads. I love the summer salads but am not sure about the lettuce/spinich. Hopefully at this stage it will be ok to eat. I guess I have to make dinners like before but with healthier choices. I will have to make a menu of dinners and lunches, then grocery shop. It is a learning process and will be for a while.
