help!

its been a pretty good summer HOT but alright .. my eating has been slipping for some reason its getting so hard to stick on the diet. I think because iv been so bored not doing anything iv been eating which isnt good! =( i just need to get back on track thats all. And i work in a restaurant which doesnt help either! If anyone has any ideas to help me out that would be awesome. I think im going to go back to shakes fro a couple weeks and see how that works out for me. It was much easier having a shake 3 times a day and not having to worry about anything. hopefully that and going back to the gym i can start eating better cuz the last thing i want to do is make this surgery go to waste and go back to my old habits. I think im stressing to much about it. I think if i eat something bad im going to stretch out the band and gain my weight back i know thats not good. its just a fear i guess i hope im not the only 1 who thinks like this! any1 who has any advice let me know!
