My husband is getting ready for VSG, I had RNY 11/11/15. On paper the plans look the same but I'm wondering if there are differences that I should be aware of being primary cook and food shopper.

At about how many pounds lost did you notice less pain in your joints? I know everyone is different but I really need something to look forward to right now. BTW what do they use for pain control since NSAIDS are a no-no?

I am scheduled for surgery 11/11. I am thinking about using the vitamin patches, do you use both the multi-vitamin patches and the calcium/vit D or just the multi.
