Lots and Lots of Test

Feb 05, 2010

So, I had my sleep study on 1/31/10. It went pretty good. If it werent for the 200.00 cancellation fee, I probably would have cancelled my test though. It just worked out that I came down with some kinda stomach virus the day of the test. The suite was very nice and the technician was awesome. I am not sure really how much sleep  I got since I tossed and turned and dry heaved for most of the night. Hopefully, they got what they  were looking for and I will not have to repeat the study..

Imagine getting home and having more referrals waiting for you. They are really on the ball here! All of my test have been scheduled already. Some of the other test that I will have to have will include an abdominal ultrasound, bilateral venous leg doppler, ekg and echo of my heart, an upper gi series, a chest xray, a pulmonary function test and last but not least a mammo (due to a strong family history) Then comes a nutrition class, a psych eval and 2 support group meetings.... Oh and a few blood test in between all of this. Does this sound like alot???  I have everything set up with this and next month. Several of the test will be done all on the same day. Oh and I have to lose 40lbs, dont know if I shared that or not yet.

So, what happens once all of this happens? I mean I know what happens but, I think that I would be devastated if it was denied. However, I am feeling quite confidant that this time things will be in my favor. I did not do any of this the last time I attempted to have a revision. Maybe it was in my best benefit for things not to go through last time. Because this time, I do not really have any uncertainty or doubt about this. I will keep updating and lettig you guys know what is going on during this process. Evryone have a great weekend.
