Surgery Date Scheduled! What Have I Done?!?!

My surgery date is scheduled for May 16th - four weeks from today!  I'm so excited!!!  And scared!!!  WHAT HAVE I DONE?!?!  Am I really ready for a new way of life?  ...  .... ....ABSOLUTELY!  (I think.)  Am I ready for this commitment?  ...  Am I ready for the changes that come with this new life?  ...  I am.  I really think I am.  If you had asked me yesterday if I was, I would have answered with a firm, "ABSOLUTELY - BRING IT ON!"  Today, I am a meeker version of myself.  Meek isn't bad.  Meek is part of this process... it makes one thoughtful and then stronger and then, hopefully, more prepared.
Am I ready?  Yes.  I am.  I am ready.  Bring it on.
