Hello! I am a 35 year old mother of 6 beautiful children! Having kids has been one of the greatest joys ever in my life. However, pregnancy , bad health, and poor exercise have taken a severe toll on my body. I have been researching surgery options for a couple of years now. My mother recently passed away and that brought the realization to me that life is too short to keep saying "someday I am going to do this". I am going to Mexicali for my surgery with Dr. Aceves on April 13th 2007. I am very excited. I am having the lap-band surgery. I am hopeful for good results and an improved lifestyle to share with my husband and children. Any words of support, wisdom, and encouragement are greatly appreciated! Thanks, Lacey
