hey all I just want to  get on here and see everyones progress...  I see everyone is doing an awesome job.    I have slowed down on exercise  and my weight is  still coming off but slowly.  I haven't updated my picture yet.  I seem to have some trouble with that.  first it was getting rid of my old clothes now its photo. don't know what's going on with me but  I hope i will get over it and post some soon.     I am at   197 lbs.  iam happy with that  it  better that where i started which i will never forget  308 lbs.   So to all  of you keep up the much success and god bless...
