Welcome 2010, Hope everyone had a great New Year!I am excited about the changes in 2010, in my body and mind.
I do not know about anyone else but does anyone else have this problem. I have been overweight all of my adult life. Now that I have lost 46 pounds, I look in the mirror and think OMG , I have so far to go, I am so fat. I never struggled before when all the weight was there, strange isnt it?...Will I ever see myself losing weight.? Will I ever think I look good!
