Quoc Huynh

"So far it's been a very positive experience all the way through. From the first phone call, right through to the office viist. Everyone has been very understanding, and patient with our questions and trying to coordinate things so that we don't have so many road trips to make. He was quite thorough in explaining everything, which was good. We had already spent a lot of time reading here, and on www.dailystrength.org, and Facebook to people who were in the process or having already been there so I was able to ask all my pertinent questions regarding my surgery, risks and everything I could expect. Thanks to doing my homework, I was able to bypass the counselling visits pre-op which is a bonus. We haven't discussed the aftercare program beyond a bit about the nutrition but I do have my dietician appointment and preop coming up in the first few weeks of January. Honestly, there wasn't really anything to dislike about him. Unlike other doctors I've seen he didn't seem rushed, he didn't seem to be looking down on me because I'm not petite. I felt genuinely comfortable there discussing things. I am confident that I am in good hands. Surgical competence is mandatory, but without bedside manner it really loses a lot of it's brilliance. Thankfully I was lucky enough to find a great team. "
