For someone who used to HATE exercise, I find that I am now addicted to going to the gym. I work out at the local YMCA at least 5 times a week, doing a combination of weights, cardio and Pilates. No matter how lousy I feel or how tired I think I am, always feel SO much better after I work out. There is also the added benefit of being able to treat myself to an occasional goodie since I know I will just burn it off at the gym.
I would not have come so far so fast if I wasn't doing the workouts. I am sure of that.
If you aren't working out or walking already, try to start. Trust me, it will make a big difference both in your weight loss and in how you feel in general.
