Another milestone!

Today is a good day. I weighed this morning and was shocked to find that I'd lost another 2 lbs (this on a week that I thought I had eaten not so great).And it gets better!
Yesterday I put on some jeans and thought "you know, these seem a little loose", so I decided to try the next size down. And guess what? THEY FIT!!!!! I promptly got all the jeans and pants I have in that size and tried them on. They ALL fit!! I happily took all my size 14 pants and stuffed them in a bag to take to the Goodwill.
Wearing a size 12 for the first time in more years than I care to think about makes me feel absolutely great. I still have, in storage, all my size 10 and size 8 clothes. Thank goodness I kept them all! I look forward to going down another size.
I don't go back to the surgeon until the first week of June. I know I'll be at the goal he set for me by then since I'm only 8 lbs away from that. By the end of summer I plan on wearing all my size 8's. I can't wait.
Oh, another great thing. Today when I entered my new weight on here, I looked back at my BMI number from when I first started. As of right now, I have dropped my BMI by 15 points! THAT, my friends, is HUGE!!
Today is my step-daughter's birthday. I am making a chocolate eclair dessert (using fat-free, sugar-free pudding, low fat graham crackers, and lite chocolate icing). I am going celebrate and enjoy a piece of that.
Hang in there guys. It just keeps getting better.
