Don't Feel So Hot Today :/

Welp, today I really don't feel so good.
I 'm really not sure what it is. 
Maybe it's indigestion, but I've never had it before, so I really don't know what it feels like. 
Idk, maybe it's gas. 
I do have some pain around my shoulder, and every now and then I let out a small burp. 
Whatever it is, I wish it would go away.
