Well, I finally let go of 2 lbs today, down to 190 lbs., after eating about 12-1300 calories yesterday! I usually try to stick at about 850 cals a day, but maybe I am needing more calories so I am not in starvation mode. I think I will try to stick to about 1000 calories this week and see what happens. I started training for the couch 2 5K this week. I can't run due to Psoriatic Arthritis, but I can walk fast for short spurts, and after 2 months of 3x/week training, you are supposed to be ready to walk or run a 5K (3 miles or so). would be fun to sign up for a bunch of walks this summer! So that is the plan. Don't think I will be ready for Bloomsday this year though, as it is 7 miles +, and it is the first Sunday in May, so less than 1 month away. But Next year.... I have my 6 month post-op appt on the 21'st. Still only into a size 18 pants at 190 lbs, and an XL-1X tops.Life is good and loving my RNY!!!
