Exercising... bummer! - I am bad at exercising but know that I have to get my @$$ in gear!  How often is everyone exercising and what are you doing? Thanks!

How long did you wait to drink coffee??? - I have been craving a tall, non-fat toffee nut latte from Starbucks since like day three out of surgery! 

16 Days out of surgery and I cheated! - I drank out of a straw!!!!  I am feeling great and have lost 6 pounds since surgery!  Yeah!  I so miss chewing! Coffee too!  How is everyone else doing this Tuesday! 

Pooping after surgery??? - When does it happen?!?!?  I had surgery on Monday and nothing has happened... little frustrating!   Thanks guys!   

Day two after surgery and I keep my meds down! - Has this happened to anyone?  They prescribe me all liquid meds and I think that may be part of the problem... any recommendations would help! Thank you!
