A VISIT TO THE SHRINK..

Hello OH Family,
Today, I'm going to visit with the psychologist to begin my therapy sessions.  I'm somewhat nervous and not sure how it's going to go or how long they will last.  I've also started my 6-month physician supervised weight loss/management program and I'm so excited.  Thanks to all of you for the messages and all the inspiration.  You make my journey so much easier..

BTW, I need some information on the effects of WLS on lupus.  Does anyone have any information or know of any sites where I can read up on it?
