Six month update

I am so sorry I have not updated my blog in such a long time. When I first created my page I said I would update my page and take photos regularly since I enjoy reading the experience of other members on OH.

Anyhow, I had my 6 month post op appointment I am officially down 81.5 pounds, now wearing a size 10/12 depending on make of clothes. Vitamin D and calcium levels are still low as since my 3 month appt. I have received suggestions on OTC Vitamin D from folks both on the MD board and BAF. I end up ordering the dry vitamin D from vita-lady website hopefully this will increase my levels. I have to have my labs drawn again in 3 months.

I am gainfully employed as a Paralegal at a law firm in DC however, I will be changing jobs in a few weeks I have been offered a position with MD State Govt which is a special appointment position so I am now waiting to be appointed my the Governor so I can begin working. I will be working approximately 10 minutes from home. I am so happy I will not have to commute to DC anymore I hate the drive..
