"My first impression during the WL seminar is this man knows his stuff. The information provided during the seminar was pretty much a discussion of what to expect both pre and post operative. He answers all of the questions of the participants who attended the surgery. the best treat was he informed evryone that WLS is not for everyone and you have to do it for yourself and no one else. It is an live changing decision. He also had a pt that he had performed the surgery on speak to the group about her journey towards WLS. My initial consult was approx 2 weeks after attending the seminar and I had a whole list of questions that may and may not have been asked but Dr. von Rueden stated I had very good questions and concerns. The office staff was all very pleasant espacially Nurse Barb Stricker, I just love this woman and I just met her...very helpful and answers all of my questions."
