I'm ALIVE

Hey Everyone,  I'm  Alive,  I made it thru 3 days post op feeling much better, today,  I am so thrilled that  its over and most if not all the pain is gone,  Yeah I'm sore but thats nothing,  My wonderful  Dh stayed in the hospital thru the recovery and slept in a chair next to my bed,  He is a great guy,

Anyway  I guess I should fill you in on some of the details.  I have diabetes like many of you and Heart Disease, 2 stents which I have allready   mentioned, and High Blood pressure,  Well when they brought me into to surgery at 2  I was awake and talking,  I figured ok i 'll be done in an hour,  Not the case,  It took the surgical staff 3 hours to bring up my blood pressure before they could do the procedure,  Yeah 3 hours from what I understand they wanted to scrap the whole thing,  My Bp was 68/30  way to low from what /i gather,  I normally run around 110/78, so that was my excitment except for one small thing while waiting to go into surgery there was a woman there who totally freaked out and left.  I ferl really bad for her,  She was screaming and crying it was really sad.  Needless to say that bumped my surgery up a little.  All in All I have to say it was no worse than I expected and the shoulder pain is almost all gone,  Thank God.
