Hit a road block..

 So I went in a little over a week ago for a psych eval which went well. A nutrition eval which went fine they told me to eat 1,300 cals per day for right now so I have been doing that. The exercise specialist was  downer. She first tried to tell me I didn't need the surgery which was a bad way to start coz she pissed me off. I didn't go thro testing and have the surgeon clear me and pay all this money for you to try to change my mind. But okay whatever. Then she tells me I'm not on fire enough about exercises so she wasn't going to clear me for surgery right away I would have to come back in 3 weeks. Well I'm a boarder line case so I have been afraid to try to lose too much wt. right now for fear I would not qualify and have to go back to yo-yo diet hell!  So they tell me to lose wt. so I can prove I'm serious. Well, I'm doing it. I'm serious. But I'm frustrated because anyone can be serious for 3 weeks how does that prove anything? But anyways I'm being so good. I have lost 4lbs. I'm exercising and everything. But I'm scared that after I lose about 10 pounds and go back  they'll be like sorry! See you can do it on your own.  AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
