It's me from the losing side!! The surgery went well - they did repair my hiatal hernia, so it took a little longer and was a little more invasive. I had a hard time with nausea and pain the first 24 hours, but I am HOME and doing well now. I'm so excited to have that part behind me. Like everyone else, it seems, I'm trying hard to get in my liquids - I have had no appetite whatsoever, but as long as I stay on top of the pain meds, I seem to get a long fairly well. Thank you all so much for your thoughts, prayers and support! I will definitely keep you updated and am always interested in your journies, as well. Happy Friday!!!!!!!! Laurie
