11 months out

I have lost 149 pounds (since surgery) for a total of 171 since April 2007.  What a remarkable year.

I am feeling great.  I painted for 2 days solid sore but no other problems.  I was on "vacation" for 2 wks over the holidays and cleaned my house from top to bottom.  I would have NEVER been able to do that before.  It makes me feel GREAT.

I do wish I would have never tasted sugar.  But I promise I am going to limit my "little" sweet tooth.  I did not gain any weight over the holidays which I am very proud of.  I also did not exercise at all in December (no time).  I will get back next week to my usual routine. 

The looks I am getting from men is incredible.  It is funny even when my husband is there (but my husband's comments are the best and so are his actions he!! he!!).  I actually exist in this world now.

I have gone from size 32 in January 2008 to size 18 in some clothes.  My bra size went from 54C to 44B (still to big in the cup) (may have to fix that problem when tummy tuck time comes).  How wonderful!!!!!

For those that have had surgery keep up the great work.  For those anticipating surgery it is the best choice you can make in life except for accepting the Lord Jesus Christ.
